PLASTICIZING SCREW ROTATION
In order to
achieve the lowest noise and considering the high reduction
ratio, the system uses a reduction gear with four parallel
inclined axes. Brushless servomotor Moog FAS T3 (8 Kw
nominal power) controlled by Moog DS 2000 driver
INJECTION CARRIAGE MOVEMENT
The injection
carriage is moved by two Fleyer chains for heavy loads. The
chains are operated by a trapezoidal screw controlled by a
brushless servomotor (2 kW nominal power) with Parker
control system. The contact between the nozzle and the mould
is guaranteed by the preload of Belleville washers aligned
with the chains and positioned by the exhaust brake. This
system achieves a 100% energy saving for this movement.
Other technical features:
CLAMPING UNIT The
clamping unit is equipped with a ball screw for high load
applications, which is controlled by an Eagle-Goodyear
inclined-teeth belt specially designed for high torque
transmitting. This particular belt is 40% less noisy than
traditional transmission belts. The system is operated by a
Moog brushless servomotor T series with IP64 protections and
shielded bearing. The clamping unit is equipped with a Moog
FAS T3 motor (11 kW nominal power) controlled by a Moog DS
2000 driver.
EJECTOR
The
ejector is operated by two ball screws controlled and
synchronized by an Eagle-Goodyear belt with Moog FAS T2
servomotor (3 kW nominal power) and Moog DS 2000 driver.
INJECTION
UNIT The
injection unit is equipped with two ball screws. The
synchronism is ensured by a Super Torque-Goodyear with
reduction ratio controlled by a belt Moog FAS T3 brushless
motor (10 kW nominal power) and Moog DS 2000 driver.
