MACHINE BASE
Exceptionally sturdy base made from electro welded steel
with well sized discharge area for the moulded pieces. The
specially designed structure permits use of tunnel conveyor
belts which, when placed lengthwise with respect to the
machine, provides an optimal operating area.
The
part underneath the injection unit houses hydraulic,
electric and electronic components. All parts and components
are properly insulated from the structure itself and
hermetically protected, in order to insure perfect
cleanliness.

EJECTOR
Hydraulic
plate ejector of generous dimension for an easy hooking of
all ejection points (Euromap SPI). It is operated by two
hydraulic cylinders.

MOULDS HEIGHT
ADJUSTMENT
Produced with
a central crown gear operated by electric motor, it operates
the 4 gears of the tie-bars. An automatic position control
for mould thickness is available upon request.

INJECTION UNIT
Running on
low-wear linear guides, it also allows rotation for easy
screw control. The Injection unit’s movement is driven by
two hydraulic cylinders, providing perfect mould’s
alignment. The screw drive is operated by high efficiency
liquid cooled torque motor. Its special configuration allows
the overlapping with other machine movements. Rotating
injection piston is hydraulically balanced without the
necessity of any thrust bearings.

ACCUMULATORS
Without
increasing the installed power, the accumulator system
provides extremely rapid acceleration and high performance,
which increase when the injected product volume decreases
(performances required for moulding of thin wall products –
packaging).

VIDEO
CONTROL
The display
monitor is ergonomically positioned along side the fixed
platen, and has a swivel base to ensure sufficient clearance
for operations in the nozzle area.
A 10.4-inch
colour screen allows the operator to display and control all
process parameters.
Temperature,
pressure, speed, time and position values are set, displayed
and processed in real time by the industrial PC incorporated
within the unit.
The system
software includes a full array of graphical displays,
quality control features and production-statistical
functions.
A USB storage
device imbedded within the system allows for virtually
unlimited archiving (80,000 mould programs).
