  • TECHNICAL FEATURES
    The extremely strong machine frame is characterized by the following features

  • CLAMPING UNIT
    - forged steel fixed and moving platens, drilled to EUROMAP/SPI standards and with T-slots for mould mounting
    - moving platen with adjustable, grease lubricated sliding blocks
    - tailstock manufactured from welded steel sheets
    - five-points double toggle clamping system with steel links and special bronze bushings
    - tempered steel pins
    - tie-bars nickel-chrome steel treated, deep chrome ground
    - widely-dimensioned guide bushings of the moving platen with grease lubrication for absolute cleanliness of the clamp area
    - multiple-point automatic lubrication system with program-mable cycles and safety devices
    - generously dimensioned moving guards that can easily accommodate oversized moulds
    - front and rear moving guards specially designed to facilitate robot operation
    - safety devices to EC standards
    - clamping closing and clamping opening profiles with programmable and independent strokes and speeds

  • EJECTOR
    Platen ejector operated by two hydraulic cylinders. The generously dimensioned platen allows an easy hooking of all ejection points.

    - simultaneous ejector forward during mould opening (over 130 ton)
    - ejector movement controlled by proportional distributor
    - multiple-ejection cycles up to 9 strokes
    - ejector strokes, speeds and pressures programmable and independent for ejector forward and retract
    - partial ejector retract for multiple-ejection cycle
    - ejector forward and retract delay times adjustable and independent

  • INJECTION UNIT
    - injection unit sliding on nickel-chrome steel treated, round tie-bars. Easy access to the screw is ensured by swivelling movement
    - injection movement is actuated by two hydraulic cylinders for perfect alignment with the clamping unit
  • HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
    Designed with the controls conveniently arranged to allow accurate control of cylinders. Double pump, one of which is a variable delivery pump with closed loop control of pressure and flow. It reduces energy consumption by 30% with the same performance.

    - the tank integrated into the machine base is pressurized and a suction cooling system ensures a more homogeneous control of the oil temperature
    - suction and delivery oil filters with electric alarm signals
    - closed loop control of hydraulic oil temperature
    - components easily accessible for maintenance purposes

  • VIDEO CONTROL
    The electric and electronic control panel is lodged on the machine frame in a protected and easily accessible area.

    - the electroluminescent flat type screen with alphanumeric keyboard is located on the moving guard of the injection unit
    - 52 user's pages allow set-up and display graphically of all machine parameters
    - internal memory stores 16 mould programs
    - data storage by EEPROM memory modules (each module can store 16 mould programs)
    - key-operated switch for data setting
